Show your friends and family how to master your pizza-making skills like a champ.  Whether you are traveling up to Toledo Bend Lake for a vacation or live in the area, let Louie’s Pizza provide your with all you need for your own pizza gathering surrounded by those you love!

There is nothing like sharing the gift of creating your own pizza masterpieces at home! Our easy-to-follow instructions and house made pizza dough with everything else you need in a box including some of our favorite toppings, helps you do just that. Also available—small lower carb crust pizza crusts for those wanting to enjoy a lower-carb version in their pizza kit (subject to availability).

Please don't forget about your young children.  They love to make their own pizzas, and we have provided small pizza kits so they can create their own small pizza masterpiece.

Louie’s Pizza has been serving the Toledo Bend Lake area and Sabine Parish since 2016 with our fan favorite pizzas! Now you can serve up your Louie’s Pizza creation in your favorite vacation or home space

How It Works

• We will announce on our FaceBook Page, Pizza Kits on the Bend, and our Louie's Pizza website on this page the next order pick-up date and will then open up our online-commerce ordering site. Please note that we will have to take orders the week before we actually deliver because our house dough takes multiple days to ferment.

• During the announcement, we will let you know the exact date, time, and central location we will be meeting in Many and/or Toledo Town.  Please make a note at checkout on our online/e-commerce store which location you are picking up at. We are certainly open to other locations in the future if there are enough orders to be delivered there.

• Once we receive your order, you will also receive a confirmation from our square online store to confirm what you have ordered. 

• Please mark your calendar with a reminder when it is time to meet us to pick-up your order, and we will be there with lots of smiles and your pizza party in a box.  Please make sure to bring a cooler with ice pack to transport your pizza kit to your home.

Each Pizza Kit Includes the Following:

• One large  or small pizza dough ball.  Our pizza dough is made in-house with our very own fermentation process.  Our dough is very easy to work with at home using our easy-to-follow instructions for hand-stretching.​

• Flour for aiding in your dough stretching.

• Our house-made pizza sauce.

• The best mozzarella cheese on the market!

• Pecorino Romano Cheese to sprinkle on your pizza before baking.

• Available toppings of your choice (see our e-commerce site for topping options for your pizza kit).
