The Sarah Cheese - (All great pizzas begin with the simplicity of the cheese pizza, and our friend Sarah loves it):  Tomato Sauce, our Finest Mozzarella Cheese, and Pecorino Romano Cheese

The Patrick "Oh So Simply Good" Alfredo/Cheese  - (One of our favorite customers, Patrick,  has showered us with support from the first day he arrived at the trailer--he made this simple pizza suggestion so of course we had to oblige):  Alfredo Sauce, our Finest Mozzarella Cheese, and Pecorino Romano Cheese (add an additional side of our homemade ranch dressing for a small additional fee when available)

   

The Louie Pepperoni - (Named after our very own - simple pizza, but oh so good.  Louis has fallen in love with this special brand of pepperoni we have discovered, and it's his absolute favorite pizza):  Tomato Sauce, our Finest Mozzarella Cheese, Pepperoni, and Pecorino Romano Cheese

The Anthony Italian Sausage - (This pizza reminds me of ringing in each New Year at our family home in New Jersey - my father’s favorite food for this special event was baked Italian Sausage):  Tomato Sauce, our Finest Mozzarella Cheese, Hand-Pulled Baked Sweet Italian Sausage, and Pecorino Romano Cheese

The Rosa Meatball - (Nothing like the smell of homemade meatballs on a Sunday morning in my gramma Rosa’s kitchen.  That’s what this pizza reminds me of):  Tomato Sauce, our Finest Mozzarella Cheese, our very own House-Made Italian Meatballs, and Pecorino Romano Cheese

The "Aldenator You'll Be Back" Meat Lovers -  (First-time fans are always a treasured memory, and our friend Alden has been doing the fan thing right from day one):  Tomato Sauce, our Finest Mozzarella Cheese, Pepperoni, Hand-Pulled Baked Sweet Italian Sausage,  our House-made  Italian Meatballs, and Pecorino Romano Cheese

The Trey Trio - (Sometimes it's just a few ingredients to make just the right combination in a pizza, and our son Trey has his favorite pizza figured out):  Alfredo Sauce or Tomato Sauce, our Finest Mozzarella Cheese, Meatballs, Pepperoni, Banana Peppers, and Pecorino Romano Cheese  ​

The Mel Boo-Yah Boudin - (Leave it to our transplant daughter from Connecticut to come up with this hit while studying at Univ of Louisiana in Lafayette): Alfredo Sauce, Mozzarella and Pepper Jack Cheeses, Jalapeno Peppers, Boudin, and Pecorino Romano Cheese

The Meat & Veggie Combo -  (Still looking for a name for this one):  Tomato Sauce, our Finest Mozzarella Cheese, Pepperoni, Hand-Pulled Baked Sweet Italian Sausage, our House-made  Italian Meatballs, Purple Onions, Mushrooms, Black Olives, and Pecorino Romano Cheese

• Please note:  To ensure you  get one, we ask our customers to pre-order their  pizza bowl two days before we are out on the trailer before 12 p.m. via our Online Preorder Form link on "Our Food Trailer Schedule" page.   Just let us know on the form from the list of toppings what you would like to add so we can have it ready quicker for you when you arrive.  Thank you!
